For two years, we functioned as an informal group with no outside financial support.   One person assembled the group, partly in rotation depending upon skill needs and availabilities and served as informal leader in designing and developing the project. Almost all the analyses and writing have been  done by the lead person with crucial assistance by two of the group in chart preparation. One person, skilled in word processing also contributed the sprinkling of marginal figures in part of the text. In the closing months we had helpful suggestions from a person who was involved, over several decades, in the development of a seminary overseas.  Important ideas have been offered by several individuals in local churches where the approach was presented during formative stages of the endeavor.

On February 13, 2006 a nonprofit corporation was established in the state of Michigan. Soon after the website has been essentially completed, an application for 501 (c) (3) status will be filed with the Internal Revenue Service. Retroactively to February 1, 2006 contributions to GMI could be deductible on one's Federral Income Tax return. Notice of receipt of an IRS "determination" letter will be posted here.

Gabriel Messengers, Inc is managed by volunteers who also perform operational tasks for the project. However, we anticipate that work will need to be done requiring expertise beyond the volunteers’ time/capabilities in the near future. Contributions to help cover these expenses would be greatly appreciated. Any receipts above actual cash outlays will be given to seminaries for student support.

Relatively soon we plan to install a feature involving credit cards which will be easy to operate and receipts will be immediately received. Meanwhle, payments may be sent by U S. mail to Gabriel Mesengers, Inc; 1164 Haslett Road; Williamston MI 48895.
